The Fit Park Yoga Studio is a warm, welcoming, and intimate atmosphere… above all else, we are definitely one of a kind. Our students love being part of this amazing space that is changing their minds, bodies and hearts for the better, one workout at a time. We are so humbled by the inclusiveness, connectivity and determination that has grown from Fit Park Yoga, and hope you will join us.
We offer various 60 minute classes that all provide an intense yoga workout, creating a stronger mind and body while bridging the gap to a connection with ourselves. From heated vinyasa to candle light yin, and everything in between our inspiring and experienced teachers will guide you safely through styles blending hatha and ashtanga, all while flowing to the beat of inspiring and energizing music. The playlist is provided by each instructor and can very from pop to hip hop to soul and acoustic. The studio is warm, with an urban loft feel and the energy is inviting with a real feeling of community. Fit Park Yoga is a practice that helps us all be our best, regardless if this is your first class or 1000th time on the mat. You will leave every class feeling amazing and accomplished.
For your first class, please plan to arrive at least ten minutes early. This will allow you time to be shown the studio, meet the teacher, and fill out our waiver. We do not allow entry more than ten minutes into class, as to not disrupt the atmosphere that is set. If you are running late, please give the studio a call and we are happy to roll out a mat for you. Although our classes are open to all student levels, we do recommend those new to yoga, begin with our Slow Flow class.
Savasana is the final class pose, and it is arguably the most important pose of the practice. If for any reason, you will need to leave early, please let the teacher know prior to the start of class.
Be sure to bring your yoga mat, a bottle of water, and a hand towel. If you happen to forget anything, we have bottled water and limited mats available for use.
