Sarah Rever Kelly
Sarah began her yoga practice in 2010 to assist with chronic hip pain. Upon finding relief from physical pain, as well as a calmer mind, she was determined to help others discover the practice as well. Sarah is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level. Her classes include eclectic playlists, yoga theory, fun, and of course, movement. Her classes are open and welcoming of ALL levels.
Sarah is continuing her education at Beaumont School of Yoga Therapy, an accredited International Association of Yoga Therapists program..
