   • Members are responsible for their own health and safety during workouts.

   • Inappropriate behavior or harassment towards staff or other members is not tolerated.

3. Facility Access:

   • Access to the gym is restricted to active members with valid identification.

   • Operating hours are subject to change, and members will be notified in advance.

4. Payments and Billing:

   • Membership fees are due on a monthly/annual basis as per the chosen plan.

   • Failure to make timely payments may result in membership suspension or termination.

5. Cancellation and Refund:

   • Members can cancel their membership with prior notice, subject to applicable terms.

   • Refunds are not provided for partially used membership periods.

6. Intellectual Property:

   • All content on the Jabs Gym website is the intellectual property of Jabs Gym.

   • Unauthorized use or reproduction of content is prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy:

   • Jabs Gym respects members' privacy and handles personal information securely.

   • Information collected is used for membership purposes only.

8. Termination of Membership:

   • Jabs Gym reserves the right to terminate a membership for violations of terms or disruptive behavior.

   • Termination may occur without refund if a member breaches the terms and conditions.

9. Modifications to Terms:

   • Jabs Gym may update terms and conditions; members will be notified of any changes.

   • Continued use of the gym after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
